August 2016 Schedule Update

Classes at Island Yoga in Hilton Head will be held as scheduled through July 28, 2016.

I will lead a special session for teachers in training on Sunday, July 31.  Then we’re on break for two weeks.  During that time I’ll have an opportunity to work with some experienced and talented Iyengar yoga instructors.  Can’t wait to share that with you later in August.

Classes resume on Thursday, August 18.  See you then!

After seven years of commuting to lovely Savannah, I am taking a break. I am no longer teaching regular classes at Branches Yoga.
