August 2016 Schedule Update

Classes at Island Yoga in Hilton Head will be held as scheduled through July 28, 2016.

I will lead a special session for teachers in training on Sunday, July 31.  Then we’re on break for two weeks.  During that time I’ll have an opportunity to work with some experienced and talented Iyengar yoga instructors.  Can’t wait to share that with you later in August.

Classes resume on Thursday, August 18.  See you then!

ThanksgivingThere is an altered schedule for Iyengar Yoga classes this Thanksgiving week.

  • In Savannah on Tuesday, there will be an all-levels Restorative class at 9:30-11:00 am on Tuesday, 11/24.  The 11:30 am L1 class is cancelled this week only.  Those who normally attend the 11:30 am class are welcome to participate in the Restorative session at 9:30 am.
